Package Rules & Policies

1. Consultation & Communication

Each package includes a set number of consultations (online or in-clinic).

Follow-up sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Communication via WhatsApp/email is for clarifications only—detailed guidance will be provided during consultations.

Emergency queries may take up to 24 hours for a response.

2. Package Validity & Expiry

Every package has a fixed duration (e.g., 4 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks).

Clients must utilize their consultations within the package period—unused sessions do not roll over.

No extensions unless medically justified (pregnancy, surgery, etc.).

3. Payment & Refunds

Full payment is required before starting the plan.

You can cancel your session in 24 hours post enrollment. Once we received cancellation request the refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since please contact us.

Package upgrades (e.g., from a 4-week plan to an 8-week plan) can be done by paying the difference.

4. Diet Plans & Revisions

Diet plans are personalized based on medical history, lifestyle, and goals.

One revision per plan is allowed if required. Frequent changes are not permitted.

If a client does not follow the plan and fails to see results, a new plan will not be issued for free.

5. Package Inclusions

Each package includes:

Personalized Diet Plan

Progress Tracking (weight, measurements, BMI)

Support & Guidance (based on selected package)

Item List (measuring cups, kitchen scale, inch tape, recipe booklet)

6. Accountability & Client Responsibility

Clients must follow the plan honestly and update progress regularly.

Weight fluctuations depend on compliance, health conditions, and lifestyle factors—results may vary.

The clinic is not responsible for lack of results due to non-compliance.

7. Medical Disclosures

Clients must disclose any existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications before starting.

If a client provides incomplete or false information, the clinic is not liable for any consequences.

8. Termination Policy

The clinic reserves the right to terminate the package without a refund if the client is:

Rude or disrespectful to the team.

Uncooperative in following the diet plan.

Repeatedly requesting excessive revisions outside the agreed terms.
